Our Evolution: Built for the Energy Sector

The foundation of our operational excellence stems from Vigor Holdings, which was established in 2022 to provide bespoke business consulting services on an ad hoc basis. As our global footprint expanded and the specific, high-stakes demands of our energy clients grew, it became clear that a dedicated entity was required.
D&L-Vigor evolved into a production holding company, positioning Vigor Holdings as the parent organization. Out of this strategic alignment, D&L Oilfield Supply was forged as a specialized Energy Structured Company. This distinct architecture allows us to hyper-focus our resources, industry relationships, and logistical muscle directly onto the upstream, midstream, and downstream challenges of the modern oilfield.
Global Leadership & Unmatched Execution
D&L Oilfield Supply is driven by the vision and experience of our leadership. Global Vice President Drew T. Ludlow brings two decades of expertise in optimizing commercial potential and maximizing profitability across the energy industry. Over the past decade, he has generated $1 billion in total sales across all oilfield streams. Having traveled to 61 countries and lived in four, his on-the-ground experience spans the globe's most challenging frontier basins.
Our foundation is built on a history of executing complex, multi-million-dollar mega-projects in some of the world's most unforgiving environments:
- Eastern Mediterranean & Israel: We understand how to establish rapid country entries and optimize logistics under pressure. During a major offshore campaign in Israel, operations were managed concurrently across up to five offshore rigs and two land drilling units. By implementing a Just-In-Time (JIT) bucking process, operational downtime was drastically reduced. Ultimately, this strategic oversight generated $62 million in revenue for a start-up shop with a record-setting 67% profitability margin.
- West African Frontiers: Executing in extreme logistical environments requires specialized remote management. Operations were successfully established through monthly remote rotations across Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, and Cameroon. By targeting high-value tenders and offering full-service capabilities from startup to end-of-well reporting, these efforts resulted in greater than $100 million in year-over-year sales.
- Asia-Pacific & Middle East: Navigating the most price-competitive and geopolitically volatile markets requires aggressive commercial strategies. Our leadership has successfully reorganized commercial structures across 17 APAC countries. This included securing new country entries into complex markets like Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, and Timor-Leste. Operations led out of Dubai encompassed 31 countries across three continents, achieving an exceptional 90% win rate on targeted tenders.
- Deepwater Gulf of Mexico: Following the Macondo incident, the regulatory and technical landscape shifted profoundly. We have deep experience in adhering to the most stringent quality and safety standards, having worked offshore on multiple deepwater platforms to secure comprehensive Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and supply critical large O.D. tubulars.
